A taste of the album “Intuition”, by the María Parra Trio

The new album of the María Parra Trio has been on the market for a few days now, a project led by the pianist and composer, who continues to explore in a creative universe beyond classical music, an adventure started in terms of records at the beginning of this decade. “Intuition” is the title of this new record work, where she is accompanied by double bassist Miguel Rodrigáñez and drummer Gonzalo Maestre, to give shape to twelve pieces that evoke both natural landscapes and reflections. This music, although many could put it in the jazz drawer, in any case it would be a jazz that drinks from many sources, a “jazz without labels”, as the author herself likes to describe it, which already has 5 discs on the market.
